Charity Spangler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and administrative support. Currently serving as the Business Office Manager at Northlander Investments since January 2014, Charity owns and manages a rental company, overseeing all business operations including maintenance and tenant management. Additionally, Charity has been employed at Lincoln Hospital District 3 since March 1998, initially as an Executive Administrative Assistant focusing on quality improvement and data reporting, and later as a Project Coordinator.
