Corey Petersen

Corey Petersen has extensive experience in operations management and manufacturing. Corey started their career at Pella Corporation in 2004, where they held various roles, including Department Manager and Production Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in manufacturing operations. Corey also implemented lean manufacturing principles and led a team of up to 250 team members.

In 2012, Corey joined Lincoln Industries as an Operations Manager. Corey managed multiple cost centers, overseeing 100 team members and 4 supervisors across 3 shifts and two facilities. Corey was in charge of planning and executing strategies for manufacturing, including safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and environmental compliance. Corey also led new product integration projects, including process development, capacity studies, talent selection, and training.

In 2018, Corey was promoted to General Manager at Lincoln Industries, and in 2022, they became the Multi-Site Director of Operations. These roles involved overall management and operations oversight, contributing to the company's success.

Corey Petersen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Corey attended the university from 1993 to 1998.
