Ron Kahn

Managing Director at Lincoln International

Ron provides debt advisory and valuation services to clients across industries. As co-head of both Lincoln’s U.S. Debt Advisory as well as the Valuations and Opinions groups, Ron manages the firm’s capital raising and financial advisory deal teams and works on business development. Ron is also a member of Lincoln’s Global Management Committee.

Ron has over 30 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients on the structuring and arranging of financings for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, refinancings and dividend recapitalization. He maintains strong relationships with a wide network of financing sources, enabling him to provide issuers with financing solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Ron also provides valuations and fairness opinions to a variety of clients including business development corporations, hedge funds, private equity funds and private debt funds. Throughout his career, Ron has worked with a variety of companies in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries.

Ron serves on the Board of Directors of Parksite Inc. and Osterman & Co. He also sits on the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of the NPR Foundation. Ron is widely published and is a frequent speaker on the topic of capital raising.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ron was a managing director at Duff & Phelps and Mesirow Financial. Prior to entering the investment banking field, Ron was Chief Financial Officer of several public companies including Farm House Foods. He started his career in public accounting as an auditor for KPMG.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati. He is a certified public accountant.
