Marcy Morgan

Marcy Morgan has extensive experience in quality control and account resolution at Lincoln Investment since February 2015. Prior to this role, Marcy served as Division Director of Process Support and Process Improvement at American Red Cross Blood Services from 1987 to 2013, overseeing the management of essential departments such as Records Management, Document Management, Change Management, and Donor Management across the Heritage Division. Additionally, Marcy worked as a Software Developer Analyst at the American Red Cross from January 1999 to December 2005. Marcy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, earned from 1981 to 1985.
