Mike Harm

Mike Harm is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in digital workplace transformation and technology strategy. Currently serving as Director of Digital Workplace at Lincoln Investment since November 2022, Mike oversees workplace services delivery and enhances the digital experience for employees and advisors. Prior to this role, Mike dedicated over a decade at Atos, culminating as Chief Technology Officer of the Global Digital Workplace Practice, where responsibilities included the integration strategy and product development for a €2B+ global business line. Additional leadership positions at Atos included Chief Architect and Senior Director, focusing on client strategy and workplace technology. Earlier in the career, Mike worked at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, progressing from Manager of Service Desk Operations to Director of Innovation in Product Management, where key projects and client relationships were pivotal in advancing the End-User Computing portfolio.
