Jacki White

Jacquelyn White is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sports coaching and product ownership. Currently serving as an Assistant Softball Coach at Geneva College since September 2022, Jacquelyn also holds the position of Product Owner at Lincoln Learning Solutions since November 2014, where responsibilities include serving as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality software products. With previous roles such as Manager of Quality Assurance and Senior Functional Analyst at Lincoln Learning Solutions, Jacquelyn has successfully implemented processes and procedures, conducted user interviews, and managed quality assurance for strategic applications. Additional experience includes coaching at Beaver Falls Area Senior High School, mentoring at Verizon Wireless, and various positions in the real estate and academic sectors. Jacquelyn holds a Graduate Degree in Organization Leadership from Mercyhurst University and a BA in Sports Communication from Bethany College.
