Linda Shanghai

Linda Shanghai has a diverse background in travel and tourism, with current responsibilities in Membership Sales at Lincoln Park Zoo since October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Independent Contractor in travel and tourism from November 2017 to October 2022, and roles at Tiffany & Co. in Operations and Hyatt Hotels Corporation as Corporate Concierge, where meeting and event planning was a focus. Linda also has significant experience as an Independent International Travel Director, managing educational specialty programs from 1993 to 2005, and worked with United Airlines as an In-Flight Service Consultant from 1992 to 1995. Earlier in a career with British Airways from 1979 to 1991, Linda managed a team of sales agents and developed marketing strategies for high-revenue corporate accounts. Linda holds a B.A. in History from Western Illinois University.
