Brooke Hay

Brooke Hay, PE, is an experienced professional in operations and capital construction, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Lincoln Public Schools. Previously, Brooke held the position of Assistant Vice President for Facilities Planning and Capital Projects at the University of Nebraska and served as the Director of Capital Construction at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Brooke earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1995 and 2000.
