Shereen Ahlers

Shereen Ahlers has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000. Shereen began their career as a Teacher at Focus on the Family and later moved to Chicago Public Schools, where they continued as a Teacher for seven years. In 2007, Shereen joined the Chicago New Teacher Center as an Induction Coach. Shereen then transitioned to Lincoln Public Schools, taking on various roles such as Teacher, Instructional Coordinator, and finally Associate Principal. Shereen's most recent role at Lincoln Public Schools is as an Associate Principal, which they have held since June 2017.

Shereen Ahlers holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, which they obtained from Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1999. Shereen also has a Master of Arts degree in School Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Shereen Ahlers has obtained a Standard Administrative Certificate from the Nebraska Board of Education in August 2019.
