James Pitts

James Pitts is a seasoned executive in the security services industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lincoln Security Services since January 2023. Previously, James held leadership roles at First Coast Security as Senior Vice President of Business Development and SecurAmerica as Director of Operations, overseeing operations and business development across Florida. Other notable positions include Independent Consultant for Shergroup USA, President of Fidelis Security Group, and President/CEO of Secure Solutions, LLC, where James directed operations for a multi-state security firm. Early career experiences include roles at Design Interactive, U.S. Investigative Services, IPC International, and the Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University.
