Beth Olson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Employee Leave Benefits Manager for the City of Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska, overseeing FMLA, Work Comp, and ADA benefits management since August 2023. With a commitment to community involvement, Beth has been a Board Member for Families Inspiring Families since 2008, supporting families facing behavioral and emotional challenges. A longstanding member of the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association since 2001, Beth previously held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Lincoln Goodwill from June 2001 to August 2023, where responsibilities included HR and safety management, as well as accounting functions. Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR and Marketing, as well as a minor in Management Information Systems from Wayne State College, earned between 1997 and 2001.
