Megan McCallister

Megan McCallister, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Megan began their career at Nordstrom as a Customer Service Representative in September 2008 and worked there until July 2011. Following that, they joined Target in August 2011 as an Executive Team Leader, where they remained until 2014. At Target, they gained valuable leadership skills and experience. In 2014, Megan transitioned to Pinnacol Assurance, initially working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for four years. Megan then advanced to the role of HR Business Partner from January 2018 to April 2023.
