Steve Dush

Steve Dush, AICP, currently serves as City Planner for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, beginning in March 2024. Prior roles include Director of Land Acquisition at Richmond American Homes and Taylor Morrison, and Land Acquisition Manager at D.R. Horton. Steve also has extensive experience in municipal roles, having worked as Assistant City Manager and Community Development Director for the City of Imperial Beach, Planning & Development Services Director for the City of Gainesville, and Community Development Director for the City of Dunwoody, Georgia. Additional experience encompasses positions as Community Development & Neighborhood Services Director and Current Planning Director for the City of Fort Collins, as well as various planning roles within the City of Henderson and Clark County. Educationally, Steve holds a Master's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
