Jim Binch

Jim Binch has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jim started their career as the President & CEO of Memry Corporation in 1991 and held this position until 2006. In 2007, they joined Exactech, Inc. as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Lead Director, and they served in this role until 2018. In the same year, they became the Director of the Precision Kidd Steel Co., Inc. and still holds this position. Additionally, they have also worked as a Director at NSI Holdlings, Inc and a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management. Jim has also been involved with the Cruising Club of America, serving as the Rear Commodore from 2006 to 2009 and as the Past Commodore from 2018 to 2020. Furthermore, they were a Foundation Director at Trinity College School from 2003 to 2011.

Jim Binch attended Princeton University from 1966 to 1970, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BscE). Following this, they pursued higher education at The Wharton School from 1970 to 1972, earning a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
