Matt Landolphi

Matt Landolphi is a Senior Associate at Lincolnshire Management and a member of the firm’s Deal Execution and Diligence Team. He is responsible for assisting with the evaluation and execution of potential investments, as well as the management and analysis of liquidity events in the current portfolio.

Prior to joining Lincolnshire Management, Matt served as a Senior Associate in Conway MacKenzie’s Private Fund Services group where he provided portfolio management and advisory services to private capital funds’ stakeholders during periods of fund level transition, recapitalization, restructuring, or distress. Previously, Matt was an investment banking Associate at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., a full-service investment banking firm.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
