Phil Davis ACII currently serves as a Regional RRD Officer with Lincolnshire Police, where responsibilities include managing law enforcement information across multiple police forces and ensuring the proper review, retention, and disposal of records in compliance with national guidelines. Prior to this role, Phil served as Hon Secretary for the Lincoln Insurance Institute, engaging with business and community networks while upholding the integrity of CII members. Phil also held the position of President at BIBA, focusing on membership growth and member communications, and has extensive experience as Office Manager at Cooke and Mason, a chartered insurance broker. Earlier in the career, Phil was an Account Manager at Aviva Insurance, following education at Thornbridge Comprehensive in Sheffield.
