The primary purpose of Lincolnway Special Recreation Association is to provide programs for people with special needs.  These programs are developed with the intention of eliminating any recreational barriers and to facilitate the participants in developing a balance of leisure and socialization skills, recreation resources and opportunities, knowledge and independence, provided in a variety of settings.  All of these will contribute to the participants’ well-being in their recreational lifestyles.
