Victor Navarrete

Victor Navarrete is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in various industries. Victor began their career in 2007 as an intern at Tintas Luztol. In 2011, they co-founded AGREGARE Negócios & Oportunidades, where they were involved in projects related to mining, solid waste management, and social events. Victor then joined Smart_Job as a Business Development executive in 2016. That same year, they became the Head of Acceleration at ACE Startups, where they provided training to the startup ecosystem, recruited and selected new companies, and coordinated a group of angel investors. In 2017, they joined ACE Cortex as Partner & CEO, where they were responsible for the operations team and oversaw the development of over 60 projects and new lines of business. Victor also launched two new businesses and restructured the product and distribution strategy during the pandemic. In 2019, they became a Professor at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, teaching courses related to product validation, agile methodologies, and 4.0 management. Victor is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Lincon Health and an Expert at Tera.

Victor Navarrete has a diverse educational background. Victor began with a High School diploma from St. Petersburg Catholic High School, which they obtained in 2006. Victor then went on to obtain an Engineering degree in Production from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás between 2007 and 2012. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the field of Gestão Empresarial. In addition to their formal education, Victor has also obtained certifications from Endeavor, The Napoleon Hill Foundation, and Setec Consulting Group.
