Arabel Cacciatore

Arabel Cacciatore currently serves as the Head of Global Organizational Development and Global HR Business Partner at Lincotek since May 2023. Prior to this role, Arabel held the position of HR BP & Organizational Development, Change Management and HR Information System Manager at Custom S.p.A. from March 2019 to May 2023. Arabel's experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for Italy and Global Functions at Datalogic between September 2014 and February 2019, and as HR Manager for Saeco International Group - Philips Consumer Lifestyle from October 2012 to September 2014, responsible for the Espresso Innovation Site and Saeco Vending SpA. Before joining Saeco, Arabel worked in various HR roles at Saeco International Group and as Training Coordinator at Fondazione Aldini Valeriani. Arabel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Stogea and a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
