Karine Souza Farias

Karine Souza Farias has worked in the marketing and communications field since 2012. Karine began as an Estagiário de Comunicação at SOCIESC - Sociedade Educacional de Santa Catarina in 2012, then moved to Viacredi as an Assistente de Comunicação e Marketing in 2013. In 2018, they joined Unimed Blumenau as an Analista de Comunicação e Marketing. Most recently, they have been working at LINCROS since 2021, where they have held the roles of Coordenadora de Marketing and Analista de Marketing Sênior.

Karine Souza Farias has completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing, Branding e Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2020-2022. Karine also has a degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from SOCIESC from 2009-2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications in General English B2+ from Bayswater Education in November 2022, Como Desenvolver sua Inteligência Emocional from LinkedIn in February 2021, Fundamentos do Scrum from LinkedIn in August 2019, and Inbound from HubSpot Academy in June 2022.
