Nils Lundgren

Nils Lundgren is a partner at Advokatfirman Lindahl since September 2017, specializing in equity capital markets and providing comprehensive legal advice. Prior to this role, Nils served as a senior associate at Advokatfirman Cederquist from 2007 to April 2017, focusing on equity capital markets, public M&A, and general corporate matters. Nils has also held positions as a legal counsel at Nasdaq Stockholm (Issuer Surveillance) in 2011 and as a junior judge (law clerk) at Kalmar District Court from 2005 to 2007. Nils holds an LL.M. degree from Stockholm University.
