With a strong background in customer service management spanning over a decade, Joseph has established and led high-performing teams in dynamic environments. Focus areas include policy development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, alongside a commitment to innovation and improving customer service metrics. Joseph holds multiple qualifications, including ILM Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring, an International Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering, and a Level 5 Diploma in Project Management.
