Dr. Sheriah Mason

Dr. Sheriah Mason has extensive experience in education and has held various roles throughout their career. Dr. Sheriah began as a Corps Member for Teach For America in 2014, where they collaborated with instructional and administrative teams to address student academic performance and facilitate family engagement. Dr. Sheriah then served as a Lead Teacher at KIPP St. Louis, where they were responsible for teaching various subjects and creating action plans based on student data. Dr. Mason also worked as a Second Grade Teacher in the St. Louis Public School District, where they focused on teaching core subjects and developing academic and behavioral action plans. Dr. Sheriah later became an Elementary School Teacher at Eagle Preparatory Academy, where they served as the primary instructor for various subjects and maintained relationships with students and families. Most recently, Dr. Mason was the Lead Teacher at Keysor Elementary, where they taught and provided leadership until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Lindbergh Schools.

Dr. Sheriah Mason completed their education in a chronological manner. Dr. Sheriah first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, graduating between 2014 and 2016. Most recently, they obtained a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2017 to 2020.
