Sean Kelly is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in research and development within the gas processing and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director of Cryogenic Systems R&D at Linde Engineering, Sean oversees a diverse portfolio focused on air separation process plants and advanced distillation technologies. As Executive Director of Technology at Linde since 2017, Sean has directed developments in ceramic oxygen transport membranes aimed at net-zero carbon hydrogen production. With prior roles at Praxair and Delphi Automotive Systems, Sean has a significant track record in innovative energy solutions, including the successful pilot demonstration of syngas production systems. Sean holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with a certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
