Neil Beup

Neil Beup is the VP of Global Public Affairs at Linde. Neil has held this position since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Government Relations at Praxair from March 2016 to January 2020. Before that, they were the Manager of State and Local Government Affairs at United Technologies from May 2009 to March 2016. Prior to that, they were the Manager of External and Regulatory Affairs at Carrier Corporation from April 2005 to May 2009. Before that, they were the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations at the MetroHartford Alliance from August 2003 to April 2005. And prior to that, they were a Policy Aide/Senior Policy Analyst at the CT General Assembly from February 1999 to August 2003.

Neil Beup has a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Trinity College-Hartford and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
