Ellen Gorsuch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Ellen Gorsuch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of diverse work experience in human resources. Ellen began their career at Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. where they held various titles and played a key role in integrating strategic business units and reducing turnover. Ellen then joined Froedtert Health, where they served as a Human Resources Leader and Director, Compensation and Performance Management. During their time at Froedtert Health, they implemented strategic initiatives, integrated divisions, and developed employee performance management and compensation systems. Ellen also worked as a Manager of HRIS, Compensation & Special Projects, where they improved HR systems and educated leaders on HR topics and regulations. Furthermore, they worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Kerry in Beloit, WI and Qualigence International in Lovinia, MI, providing services in project management, change management, and process improvement. Ellen's most recent role was at LindenGrove Communities, where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ellen Gorsuch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from UW-Oshkosh. Additionally, Ellen has obtained several certifications including SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Ellen also holds a certification as a Change Agent for Froedtert Hospital using GE Healthcare methodology.
