Andrew McBride has in excess of 30 years of experience and leads Linder Myers’ personal injury department. His areas of personal expertise are the brain and catastrophic injury cases. Andrew has worked on a number of notable and high-value cases to the value of in excess of £1 million including settlements made up of lump sums and periodical payments. He brought one of the first litigated cases under the Package Travel Regulations which gained national publicity. Andrew is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers where he has assisted in the production of submissions to the Law Commission.
