Phil Bellamy

Phil trained with Myers Mocton & Levy, one of the five firms which merged to form Rowlands in 1969. He served as Finance Partner for five years and Senior Partner for 10 years. He was a Partner at Rowlands Field Cunningham until the firm was acquired by Linder Myers in 2011. Phil has experience in all aspects of commercial property including complex transactions and has acted on several thousand cases.
