Senior Event Architect at Linder

Helen Hart is a senior event architect at Linder. Helen has over ten years of experience in event management and has been with Linder for two years. Prior to joining Linder, Helen worked as an associate producer at VIVA Creative for a year and a half. As an Event Manager with GEMG, they planned and managed events focused on the intersection of conversation between government and industry in the areas of technology, defense, and the greater federal sector. Focused primarily on national programs, they managed events across the country to develop new audiences across our brands.

Helen is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Helen has excellent client service skills and is able to anticipate client needs and proactively address them. In their previous role, they were responsible for managing the registration process, website registration and maintenance, budget development, event design and experience, speaker communication and logistical coordination, exhibitor management, pre-event and on-site sponsorship fulfillment, as well as staff management and on-site logistical execution. Helen also has experience in third party vendor management, including RFP creation, contract negotiation, contract fulfilment, and onsite coordination.

In their current role as a senior event architect at Linder, Helen is responsible for overseeing the event design process from start to finish. Helen works closely with the design team to develop marketing materials (event programs, event signage, badge creation, program materials) for each project. Helen also oversees the design pipeline for all event content creation and manages the channel to ensure on-time completions. In addition, they provide clients with post-event reporting and manages follow-up campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing team, they determine event attendee marketing strategy and develops and deploys marketing communications to build an audience that meets target specifications.

Helen Hart has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech. Helen also has a Theatre Arts; Management degree from Virginia Tech. In addition, they have certification from ABRA in ABRA Manager, Convention Industry Council in Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in First Aid/ CPR.
