Cecilia Fors is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchandising and business control within the retail sector. Currently serving as Global Merchandising Manager at Lindex since March 2011, Cecilia leads the global merchandising team, focusing on sales and promotion strategies to enhance profitability across physical stores and E-commerce. Prior roles include Global Merchandiser, Business Area Controller for Kidswear, and Purchase Controller, demonstrating a strong background in sales analysis, budgeting, and strategic growth. Prior to Lindex, Cecilia worked at Hemtex AB as a Purchase Controller and Business Controller, and held positions at Ralph Lauren, Hawes and Curtis, and Miss Sixty. Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Lincoln, along with additional coursework in leadership and economics.
