Vesa Paris-Tuominen

Vesa Paris-Tuominen has extensive experience in customer service and expansion management within the retail and IT sectors. Currently serving as Expansion Manager for Finland and the Baltics at Lindex since August 2015, Vesa previously managed customer services at Esprit, leading the UK and Ireland team. Prior to that, Vesa held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Rackspace, overseeing IT service delivery and negotiations. Vesa’s experience with Levi Strauss & Co. spanned several roles from Order to Cash Agent to Order to Cash Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer service teams, ensuring key performance indicators were met, and providing credit management for Nordic wholesale customers.
