Eric W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric began their career at John Deere, where they held positions as a Quality Manager, Production Leader, Design OFP Liasion Engineer, Hydraulic Design Engineer, and Special Assignment roles. During this time, they demonstrated expertise in quality control, production planning, and design engineering. Eric then transitioned to Nidec Minster Corporation, where they worked as the Director of Global Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Management. Eric was responsible for implementing standard quality processes and procedures and optimizing the supply base network. Eric also served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce. Currently, they are the Director of Global Quality at Lindsay Corporation, leading the quality organization for 9 global manufacturing locations across their three business divisions. Throughout their career, Eric has shown a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, and employee development. Additionally, they have been actively involved in the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, holding various leadership positions within the organization.

Eric W. obtained their MBA with a focus in organizational management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 2006 and 2008. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Eric W. has also obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in December 2022.
