Kelly Staup has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kelly began their career in 1997 at Pro Staff, where they worked in sales and management until 2003. After that, they joined Ajilon as a Market Manager in San Diego, where they worked until 2008. Following this, they worked at SkillStorm as an Associate Vice President from 2008 to 2011. Most recently, Kelly joined Lindsay Corporation in 2011 and held various roles, including Human Resources Organization Development and Recruiting Manager, Director of Human Resources, and currently, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer. In this position, they oversee the global human resources function and plays a crucial role in the company's focus on irrigation and infrastructure.
Kelly Staup (she/her) completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Northwestern University. Kelly also holds additional certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in September 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in June 2012.
