Renato P. Santos

Renato P. Santos is an experienced HVAC professional with a background spanning over a decade in the field. Currently serving as an HVAC Field Supervisor at Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing since June 2022, Renato is responsible for developing project plans and managing budgets to ensure efficient project completion. Previously, as an HVAC/R Supervisor at AJ Air Services, responsibilities included team management, budget maintenance, and enhancing productivity and quality. Renato began the career as an HVAC/R Service Technician at Casa Nova Group LLC, where installation and maintenance of HVAC systems were primary duties. Early in the career, Renato worked as a Mechanical Designer at ELTMAN Engineering & Systems, contributing to electromechanical projects for power substations. Renato holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes and additional certifications in HVAC.
