Anca Udroiu

Anca Udroiu is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Regional Head of HR for South Eastern Europe at Lindström since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Cargus and Global Compensation Program Manager at 8x8, where responsibilities encompassed designing reward strategies, managing compensation frameworks, and aligning benefits with organizational goals. Anca has also held positions at TotalSoft, Garanti Group, ING Bank, and LOUIS BERGER INTERNATIONAL, focusing on HR program implementation, compensation management, talent attraction, and overall HR strategy development. Anca holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest.
