Joel Hughes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles across leading companies. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for EXCELLENCE & Secondary Franchises at Lindt & Sprungli UK since April 2024, Joel previously held the position of Marketing Lead for Instant Coffee at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from December 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, Joel was the Head of UK Marketing at Sipsmith from October 2019 to December 2022 and spent nearly a decade at The Kraft Heinz Company, progressing through multiple marketing roles, including Marketing Manager for Heinz Tomato Ketchup. Joel's earlier career included a European Marketing Coordinator role at Kimberly-Clark Professional and a brief stint as a Campus Brand Manager at EA. Joel holds a 2:1 degree in Management with a year in Industry from the University of Leeds, complemented by an educational background at Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
