Currently serving as the Global Head of Category Management at Lindt & Sprüngli since August 2015, Ian has held multiple leadership roles, including Category Director and Head of Shopper Marketing. Prior to this, Ian worked at Lindt UK and Nestle, where notable achievements include overseeing a £1 billion UK&I Confectionery Division and managing significant business accounts.
