Loïc Labeeu

Loïc Labeeu has extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and consumer goods industry. Currently serving as CEO for Lindt & Sprüngli Australia since January 2025 and also as CEO for Lindt & Sprüngli in Australia and New Zealand since May 2020, Labeeu's career includes positions such as Country Manager for Benelux and Marketing Manager for Greater Europe at Lindt & Sprüngli. Prior to this, experience at Mars spanned from October 2014 to May 2020, where roles included Category & Trade Marketing Lead, Key Account Manager, and other marketing and sales positions. Early career experience included a Trade Marketing Internship at Beiersdorf. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Business Economics with a focus on Marketing from Ghent University, complemented by a brief program at IMD in June 2023.
