Mariusz Prokop has extensive work experience in key account management and sales roles. Mariusz began their career in 2008 at MS Services as a Vanseller and later became a Merchandising Team Leader. In 2011, they joined Colgate-Palmolive as a Merchandising Team Leader. In 2013, they joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they served as a Business Developer, Sales Team Leader, and Key Account Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Lindt & Sprüngli as a Key Account Manager and is currently the Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for the traditional trade and wholesalers.

Mariusz Prokop obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the National Defence University of Warsaw. Mariusz completed this degree from 2012 to 2015.
