Michael Defauw

Michael DEFAUW has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Head of Global Key Accounts for Europe and previously as Head of Travel Retail for the Middle East, India, and Africa at Lindt & Sprüngli since April 2017. Prior to this, Michael worked at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as an Area Manager for the GCC & Near East and at L'Oréal in various roles including Regional Sales Manager for Scandinavia and Project Buyer for the Luxury Division in Europe. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Purchasing, Project Management, and International Business from ESSEC Business School, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business from EDHEC Business School. In June 2023, Michael completed a Senior Leadership Program at IMD.
