Michael Junga

Michael Junga is a Project Associate in Strategic Initiatives at Lindt & Sprüngli since August 2023, previously serving as a Consultant at Kearney from April 2022 to July 2023 and at DHL Consulting from June 2020 to March 2022. Michael founded Castore Consulting in October 2018, a London-based strategy advisory firm dedicated to assisting start-ups with growth challenges. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant at EY (January 2018 - June 2018), an Intern at BearingPoint (September 2016 - January 2018), and multiple apprenticeships in the early career stages. Michael's educational background includes a Master’s degree through CEMS (2019-2020), an MSc in Global Management from The London School of Economics (2018-2020), and a BSc in International Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law (2014-2017), alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration from Corvinus University of Budapest (2015-2016) and ongoing CEMS MIM studies at The American University in Cairo.
