Nina Hehlen has a diverse work experience across various industries. Nina started their career as a Front Office and Administration staff at Boutique-Hotel Alpenrose**** Relais & Châteaux in 2013. Nina then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at fitech ag from 2016 to 2017, where they conducted market analysis, developed marketing concepts, and launched a new website. In 2017, they interned at BMW Group in the International Sales Region Americas. From 2018 to 2019, Nina worked as an intern at Credit Suisse in the Tax & Regulatory Initiatives Latin America department. In 2018, they also worked as a Student Researcher at the University of St. Gallen, assisting Prof. Dr. Winfried Ruigrok in research and teaching. In 2019, they participated in a consulting project at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Nina then joined BMW Group Mexico as a Trainee in Corporate and Special Sales for a short period. Since 2020, Nina has been at Lindt & Sprüngli, where they started as a Management Trainee in the Future Leaders Program. Nina rotated between the Sales, Finance, and Marketing departments. Currently, they hold the position of E-Commerce Lead and Project Manager, responsible for the development of e-commerce strategies, onboarding new clients, managing clients, and overseeing product development and media strategy execution. Nina is also involved in portfolio management, pricing strategies, and brand design.

Nina Hehlen has a diverse education history. Nina completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education from 2018 to 2020. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen.

In 2018 and 2019, Nina pursued another Master of Science (MS) degree in CEMS International Management from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Prior to their Masters, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of St.Gallen from 2014 to 2017. During this period, they also studied abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2016 to 2017.

In terms of language skills, Nina completed the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) program at ILAC International College in 2014, and they studied French at ESL Antibes in 2012. Additionally, they completed the EF Santa Barbara Intermediate English program at EF Executive Language Institute in 2010.
