Cam Stephen Cicala Jr.

Stephen Cicala Jr., CAM, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephen started their career at Nordstrom in 1998, where they served as the Men's Sportswear/Fine Jewelry Manager. In this role, they provided customer assistance, resolved issues, and demonstrated financial abilities.

Following their tenure at Nordstrom, Stephen worked at The Scully Company as a Leasing Consultant, leasing a 234 unit apartment community. Stephen also gained knowledge in industry software and maintained high resident occupancy rates.

Stephen then joined Century 21 as a Real Estate Agent, assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing real estate. Stephen also provided office coverage and support during Open Houses.

In 2010, Stephen joined Continental Realty Co., Inc. as a Referral Agent before transitioning to Gambone Management Company. At Gambone, Stephen served as both a Leasing Consultant/Acting Property Manager and Property Manager. Stephen managed luxury apartment communities, supervised teams, and maintained high occupancy rates.

Currently, Stephen is a Community Director at Lindy Property Management Company, where they oversee the management of a property. The exact duration of their employment with Lindy is ongoing.

Stephen Cicala Jr., CAM, obtained their BBA degree in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 1999 and 2002. In September 2019, they also obtained the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
