Donyell Dancey

Donyell Dancey has extensive experience in patient access and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as a Patient Access Representative and Virtual Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania since May 2020, Donyell also holds the position of Accounts Receivable Manager at Lindy Property Management Company since May 2018, where responsibilities include processing correspondence and managing legal processes. Prior to these roles, Donyell worked at Independence Blue Cross from 1996 to April 2012 as an Enrollment Specialist II, focusing on customer enrollment, eligibility management, and adherence to Medicare policies. Donyell earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Gwynedd Mercy University between 2015 and 2017.
