Amrin Im has been working in the benefits industry since 2000. Amrin began their career at Shepell.fgi as a Service Coordinator Supervisor and Service Coordinator. In 2005, they joined Mercer as a Benefits Analyst and Customer Service Representative. In 2010, they moved to Morneau Shepell as an Associate Client Manager, where they were responsible for managing employer hours reporting, collecting and consolidating premium contributions, liaising with clients administrators, and conducting testing of new and existing reports. In 2011, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Requirements Analyst. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Consultant at Linea Solutions, Inc.
