Eric Bogonko PMP®, CBAP®, CSM

Eric Bogonko PMP®, CBAP®, CSM has a wealth of experience in project and business management. Eric began their career in 2007 at Kenya Pipeline Co. Ltd as an Operations Assistant, where they performed laboratory testing services for quality certification of refined petroleum products, supervised receiving and back-loading of refined petroleum products, and facilitated fuelling of aircrafts. In 2008, they moved to Mbagu Enterprises Ltd. as a Project and BD Manager, where they researched, developed and recommended new IT and Telecommunication technologies, resulting in over twenty additional product and service lines in both hardware and software offerings. In 2009, they worked at Target Agencies as Director/Project Manager, where they analyzed IT systems for businesses and government departments and prepared training material and conducted process improvement workshops. In the same year, they also worked at Regional Disaster Management Centre as a Project Assistant. In 2013, they worked at Harsco Metals & Minerals as a Project Intern, where they consulted on innovation and growth opportunities in the abrasive blasting material portfolio and researched and identified four viable solutions to an ongoing business challenge. Eric also worked at Hult International Business School as a Teaching Assistant. In 2014, they began working at American Nurses Association, where they held various roles including Lead Business Analyst, Snr Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Certification Program Specialist, and Asst. Certification Program Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Consultant.

Eric Bogonko PMP®, CBAP®, CSM has a diverse educational background. Eric completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University between 2002 and 2007. Eric then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School between 2012 and 2013. In addition, Eric has obtained several certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, an Essential Skills for Business Analysis Certificate from B2T Training in May 2016, a Use Cases and Wireframes Certificate from Bridging the Gap for Business Analysts in February 2016, a ToT on Disaster Risk Management Certificate from the World Bank Group in March 2010, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA in August 2017, a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in April 2014, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
