James Steele

Associate Principle Consultant at Linea Solutions, Inc.

James Steele has over 20 years of experience in the public sector. James began their career in 2000 as a Manager at Service Canada, Government of Canada, where they were the project manager for the start-up and launch of My Service Canada Account. From 2008 to 2018, they were a Manager at Public Services and Procurement Canada | Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada, where they were the Business Relationship Manager for the Public Service pension account, the Department of National Defense pension account, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police pension account. During this time, they also served as Manager, Pension Business Planning and Performance Management, where they developed an innovative partnership with Canada Post Corporation. In 2018, they moved to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat | Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor du Canada as a Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Consultant.

James Steele attended Western University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. James then returned to Western University from 1998 to 1999, receiving a Master of Library & Information Science.
