Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch has over 20 years of experience in business development and project management. Kevin began their career in 1999 as a Delivery Group Manager for U.S. Mid-Market Clients at Hewitt Associates. In 2007, they moved to Mercer as a Senior Implementation Consultant, where they overhauled the testing methodology and process, resulting in significant time and cost savings. In 2011, they joined Aon as a Partner in Retirement Solutions, where they were the Canadian Administration practice leader, responsible for Service Delivery and Implementations for all Canadian clients. Kevin also directed the implementation of Business Intelligence/Analytics standards for the business, resulting in the implementation of optimization activities which lead to significant productivity improvement across the business. In 2020, they joined Sagitec Solutions as the Canadian Business Development Director. Currently, they are the Vice President Of Business Development, Canada at Linea Solutions, Inc.

Kevin Lynch attended McGill University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a joint major in Finance and Labour Management Relations.
