Lisa Anderson, SHRM-CP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2019, when they began their role as HR Manager for Linea Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Head Customer Service Manager for Follow Your Heart / Earth Island from 2013-2019. Before that, they were a Shift Supervisor for Starbucks from 2006-2013.

Lisa Anderson, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Northridge in 2014. In December 2022, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
