Stephen Deininger has over 35 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. From 2014 to present, they have been a Principal Consultant at Linea Solutions, Inc., providing people, process and technology subject matter expertise in support of defined benefit, defined contribution and health & welfare plans in the North American public and multi-employer sectors. Stephen is also responsible for client P&L, client satisfaction and top line revenue growth. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Pension Systems Consultant at BTHR Solutions / BeneTemps, providing people, process and technology subject matter expertise in support of employee benefit administration systems, employee self-service, shared service and service delivery effectiveness/transformation projects. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Senior SAP Consultant at Towers Perrin. From 1983 to 2007, they were a Senior Consultant/Project Manager and Software Developer at Towers Perrin Administrative Solutions. In these roles, they provided IT and functional leadership and expertise on strategic initiatives and major global outsourcing projects, as well as staff, client and day-to-day project management activities.
Stephen Deininger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University between 1978 and 1982. Stephen has also obtained several certifications, including an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021, a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum Inc. in April 2019, a Certified Business Process Management Professional from BPMInstitute.org in October 2018, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in April 2017, and a Certified Business Intelligence Professional - Business Analytics from TDWI in November 2017.
